Dipo Fatokun is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), with significant leadership and top management experience in both the public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State and a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and was the Best Graduating Student of the CIBN in the September 2000 diet. He has attended several training programmes both locally and internationally, amongst which are: The payments System Policy and Oversight Training by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Examination Management School by the Federal deposits Insurance Corporation (FDIC) USA in 2011. He also attended the Macro-prudential Regulation Policy-By Crown Agents as well as The Fraud Prevention and Detection in Financial Services Industry in London; Dipo is presently serving as the Director, Banking and Payments System Department, Central Bank of Nigeria and was a Deputy Director in the Banking Supervision Department of the Bank.

Anthony Maxwell is an IT Security specialist with a 15 year background securing Windows and Linux systems. He is a qualified CISSP with certifications in ISO 27001 auditing and digital forensics among others. His security experience has encompassed forensics, incident response, penetration testing, audit and consultancy. A widely travelled and seasoned cyber-security accredited trainer, consultant and practitioner; he worked extensively in Japan and has even conducted technical presentations in Japanese.  Anthony’s active international experience in cyber security within varied industries and across different continents includes areas such as security training and consultancy, hands-on security administration and investigations, as well as forensics and malware analysis.

He has worked with leading multi-national blue chip organizations in Europe such as Intel, Oracle, the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and the National Health Service (NHS), to name but a few. In Japan, he has provided security services to clients ranging from banks to broadcast media and Internet service providers. Anthony’s hands-on involvement in cyber security has ranged from highly technical projects such as the acquisition and analysis of evidence surrounding a security breach, through to identifying and implementing pre-emptive controls designed to reduce the risk profile of clients.  He is particularly interested in the security implications of Cloud computing, and takes a keen interest in the evolution of technologies such as the block chain and the ‘Internet of Things’.

Also, Anthony is a passionate advocate of open source software and tools, and enjoys promoting the virtues of secure and safe computing.

Kola Olutimehin is an astute professional who has trained and consulted internationally for a wide variety of clients for almost two decades. A fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and associate member of The Chartered Institute for IT (BCS), he has been involved in financial systems development, encompassing IT security for over ten years. Kola’s overall compass in organisational management is focused on change, where he is an accredited and certified trainer for a number of programme/project management courses and business analysis courses. His business is particularly geared towards the provision of training and development, management consulting and publishing. The training and development arm provides events on specialist areas (such as cyber security, investment banking, accounting and finance, media and communications) where experts are engaged to meet clients’ specific technical demands, as well as programme/project management courses based on the BMP (best management practice) set of frameworks. There is also significant focus for business skills and business applications courses.
